Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 6 tbsp flour
- Whisk in 2 cans (16 or 17 oz) broth
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 2 cups velveeta
- Add 8 cups cooked broccoli when finished (I steam my broccoli)
Directions
Sauté butter and onions until translucent
Add flour and cook until bubbly
Whisk in broth simmer until thicken
Add Milk, Parsley and velveeta. Stir until cheese is melted
Add broccoli when finished
