Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Stew Beef
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 12 oz. Package Turkey Bacon – Cooked and Crumbled
- 14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes – Juice Drained
- 1 large Bell Pepper – Chopped
- 1 small rutabaga - peel and cube
- 2 cups mushrooms - quartered
- 1 Large Carrot – Chopped
- 1 Small Onion – Chopped
- 2 Ribs Celery – Chopped
- 4 Large Cloves Garlic – Minced
- 2 Tbs. Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
Directions
1. Heat slow cooker on low setting.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the beef in olive oil, browning on both sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
3. Add all other ingredients to slow cooker, placing around and on top of beef.
4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
