Heat cream cheese and butter in microwave for one minute. Stir until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, half & half, and Splenda.
Add 1 tsp. peppermint extract; mix well.
Pour mixture into cupcake liners once cool. Store in refrigerator until solid.
Total: 1.5 SL per melt, yields approx. 12
