Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans French style green beans, drained well
- 1-cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 2 oz. turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1/2 cup low fat shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, pepper-jack, - your choice)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
In a skillet sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until soft (about 7 to 8 minutes).
Brown turkey bacon. Let cool, and then crumble
Mix mayonnaise and half & half.
Mix everything together in a casserole and bake at 350°F, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and brown for 10-15 minutes
