Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup half & half (regular, not fat free)
- 6 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar-free raspberry jelly salt to taste
- 1 package turkey meatballs (Jennie-0 turkey meatballs or equivalent)
Directions
On the stovetop combine cream cheese, broth, heavy cream, jelly and spices. Heat on low until sauce is smooth.
Place meatballs in crockpot/fondue pot. Pour cream sauce over meatballs and cook until heated.
