Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook peppers and onions for 3 minutes over medium heat in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine onions, peppers, turkey and seasoning.
Spread 1/2 of the mixture on bottom of loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
Layer 2 slices of cheese on top.
Top with remaining meat mixture.
Pour salsa over top.
Cook for 30 minutes then top loaf with shredded cheese and return to oven, cook for another 15 minutes.
