Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 1
Prepare cranberry sauce first by combining the water and Splenda in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil then add cranberries.
Return to boil, reduce heat and boil gently for an additional 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Set aside 1 cup prepared cranberry sauce.
Step 2
Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl along with 1-cup cranberry sauce.
Next, mix well and pour into a 12-inch circular pie pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool and serve, (the left over cranberry sauce from step 1 can be used to drizzle over the top of pie before serving)
