Directions

Mix above ingredients thoroughly and let mixture firm in freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Mix 2 additional tbsp. of Splenda with 1 tbsp. cocoa powder on a flat plate.

Roll mixture onto plate to form balls, coating thoroughly with cocoa powder/sweetener mixture.

Place balls in mini cupcake papers and return to freezer until ready to serve.

Let balls thaw partially before serving.
