Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9x13 pan, melt 2 Tbsp. of butter to coat bottom of the pan.
Next, peel and thinly slice radishes. Lay sliced radishes and garlic on bottom of pan; add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in oven for 10 min. While radishes are baking in the oven, in medium saucepan, add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup half & half and 2 oz. cream cheese, bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally until reduced to a cream consistency.
After radishes have cooked for 10 min remove from oven and pour sauce evenly over radishes along with cubed ham, reduced-fat cheddar and Swiss cheese.
Place back into oven for 20-30 minutes -uncovered.
