Better Than Fries (Ugly Beans)

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Fill pan with 1lb. frozen (not thawed) whole green beans.

3. Spray or drizzle a small amount of olive or cooking oil on beans and sprinkle with garlic salt (or seasoning of choke).

4. Stick pan in cold oven and then turn on to 450 degrees F.

After 30 minutes, toss and turn over the beans and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.

We recommend eating with no aided sugar ketchup and pretending that you are eating fries.

What they lack In beauty, they make up in taste.
