1. Buy a spaghetti squash.

2. Cut it in half lengthwise (this is the hardest part).

3. Scrape out the seeds and pulp as you would with any squash or pumpkin.

4. Bake rind side up about 30 to 40 minutes at 375 F on a baking sheet or baking pan.

5. When cooled separate strands by running a fork through. Do this over a bowl or container for the strands to fall into.

6. Top with Hunts No Sugar Added Marmara Sauce OR top with your own diced tomatoes and seasoning.

7. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese or reduced-fat mozzarella cheese.

8. Enjoy!!!

Add Hunt's No Sugar Added spaghetti sauce to crockpot in morning.

Add 6 cloves crushed garlic Add Italian Seasoning to taste

Put Frozen chicken in sauce and coat with sauce. (If I use a lot of chicken, I have to add 2 cans of sauce.) Turn crockpot on low setting and leave for 8+ hours.

Prepare spaghetti squash before eating and serve chicken and sauce over that!
