Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans French style green beans, drained
- 2 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced (cheddar, pepper-jack)
- 2 oz. turkey bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 z tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
Directions
In a skillet sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until soft (about 7 to 8 minutes}.
Brown turkey bacon, let cool and then crumble.
Mix mayonnaise and half & half.
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole and bake at 350°F, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and brown for 10-15 minutes.
