Mug Cake Recipe

1. Spray coffee mug with cooking spray.

2. In a small bowl, beat egg. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar/Splenda and salt. Add egg, cream, Vanilla Extract/Syrups to the dry ingredients. Mix Well. Add baking powder and mix again.

3. Add mixture to coffee mug.

4. Firmly tap coffee mug on the counter to release any large air bubbles.

5. Cook in microwave for 1 min and 20 seconds, depending on your microwave. Top of cake should be solid.

6. Flip cake onto plate to cool.

7. Top with fruit (berries are best!) or whipped cream if desired!
