1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Butter 8" square pan
3. Melt margarine and butter in bowl
4. Add sugar and eggs and stir together
5. Add flour then cocoa and stir till ifs smooth
6. Pour into pan and bake in oven
for 20- 30 minutes
Icing:
1. Add icing sugar, butter, and cocoa in bowl
2. Use mixer on low until mixed
3. Add milk and mix on high until smooth
4. Apply to warm brownies and spread evenly
