Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt (if using microwave popcorn, cut back to 1/4 teaspoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 batches popped popcorn
Directions
Melt together butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt
Boil for 5 minutes stirring CONSTANTLY.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and baking soda
Stir
Pour over popper corn and mix in until all coated.
Let stand until hard.
