Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together well. I like to use my blender (easy)!
Generously spray your 9x13 baking pan prior to pouring batter.
Bake approx. 30 minutes.
Carefully broil for 30-60 seconds at very end to brown top.
Top with cinnamon and Splenda if you like. Enjoy!
You may eat plain, top with a Torani Sugar-Free Syrup or with Sugar-Free Walden Farms Maple Syrup.
Tip: freezes well so you may have for breakfast several times during the week!
