1. Peel Large cucumbers and remove seeds. Clean peppers.
2. Grind everything together.
3. Mix 1 cup pickling salt with 8 cups water and put in vegetables. Let stand overnight
4. Strain off juice and add 4 cups vinegar and 8 cups white sugar.
5. Put 1 tbsp. Celery seed and 1 tbs. Mustard seed in a bag. Cook for 15 minutes.
6. Mix 1 tsp. Tumeric, 3 tbsp. Dry mustard, 3/4 com starch with a little water to make thin paste and add to vegetables.
7. Cook until thick (just boiling)
8. Add greed food colouring
