Wormwood Bitters

Bitters

Ingredients

75 g Orange Berries
45 g Gentian
22 g Wormwood
15 g Cinnamon
10 g Galangal
10 g Ginger
6 g Angelica Root
3 g Cloves
30 drops Oil of Cinnamon
25 drops Oil of Lemon
20 drops Oil of Anise
3.8 L Whiskey

Directions

Mix the solids and grind to a coarse powder, mix in the oils and combine with the whiskey in an appropriate glass container. Allow to steep for 7 days, agitating occassionally and then filter clear and bottle.
