Ingredients
- ½ bushel Black Walnuts (green)
- 5 gal Bitter Walnut Essence
- 25 gal Whisky
- 5 gal Water
- 10 lbs Sugar
- 2 lbs Wormwood
- 2 lbs Whortleberry
- 10 each Nutmeg
- 2 oz Cloves, whole
- 10 pods Red Pepper
- ¼ lb Coriander Seed
- 12 peels Orange Peel
Directions
Combine in a 35 gallon barrel and steep for one month at 100 degree fahrenheit.
